Reglement Cor van Lent competitie 2021-2022

Artikel 1. SPELREGELS.

Lid 1. Het aanvangstijdstip van de partij, als bedoeld in artikel 6.5 van de FIDE-regels is 20.00 uur.

Lid 2. De bedenktijd voor de partij is dezelfde als bepaald in artikel 23 lid 1 van het  Competitiereglement van de RSB.

Lid 3. De regels voor het noteren van de zetten zijn dezelfde als bepaald in artikel 23 lid 2 van het Competitiereglement van de RSB.

Artikel 2. DE COMPETITIE.

Lid 1. Er wordt in 1 (één) Groep gespeeld.

Lid 2. Spelers spelen maximaal 2 (twee) maal tegen elkaar.

Lid 3. De witspeler geeft de uitslag door aan de wedstrijdleider en de zwartspeler ruimt de stukken op.

Artikel 3. DE EINDSTAND.

Lid 1. De eindstand wordt bepaald door het behaalde winstpercentage.

Lid 2. Om in de eindstand opgenomen te worden, dient een speler minimaal 26 wedstrijden te spelen. Alle gespeelde partijen voor de RSB competities tellen mee als een gespeelde wedstrijd, maar de uitslag wordt niet in de stand meegenomen (maximaal 8 wedstrijden RSB per seizoen). Een bekerwedstrijd voor de KNSB, een bye (oneven), wedstrijdleiding extern en bardienst tellen mee als een gespeelde wedstrijd. In een seizoen kan maximaal 2 maal een alternatief aanwezigheidspunt worden behaald. Aanwezig zijn op de Rapid Avond telt niet mee als een gespeelde wedstrijd. Op een Rapid Avond kunnen immers inhaalwedstrijden worden gespeeld die wel meetellen.

Artikel 4. KAMPIOENSCHAP, PROMOTIE en DEGRADATIE.      

Lid 1. De groep wordt onderverdeeld in 3 (drie) subgroepen. Er wordt gespeeld om een Algemeen en een Winter kampioenschap. In beide competities is onderstaande promotie– en degradatieregeling van toepassing.

Lid 2. De nummer 1 (één) van de Wintercompetitie is Winterkampioen. De nummer 1 over het hele seizoen Kampioen van Shah Mata.

Lid 3. De nummers 1 (één) van de subgroepen 2 (twee) en 3 (drie) zijn kampioen van desbetreffende subgroep.

Lid 4. De nummers 1 en 2 van de subgroepen 2 en 3 promoveren naar een hogere subgroep.  

Lid 5. De twee laagst geplaatste spelers van de subgroepen 1 en 2 degraderen naar een lagere subgroep, ongeacht het aantal partijen dat zij gespeeld hebben.      

Lid 6. Bij gelijk eindigen wordt de eindstand bepaald door achtereenvolgens het onderling resultaat, de weerstandspunten en de SB-punten. Geeft dat geen uitsluitsel dan geldt het aantal gespeelde wedstrijden. De speler met meer gespeelde wedstrijden eindigt dan hoger. Is ook dit aantal gelijk, dan wordt in overleg met de wedstrijdleider een Barrage gespeeld.    

Lid 7. Na de laatste speelavond in januari wordt een tussenklassement opgemaakt waarvan de nummers 1 van de 3 subgroepen Winterkampioen zijn. Spelers moeten minimaal 14 (veertien) partijen hebben gespeeld en maximaal 3 alternatieve aanwezigheidspunten krijgen. (zie artikel 3 lid 2).

Artikel 5. INDELING NIEUWE LEDEN.

Lid 1. Nieuwe leden worden ingedeeld in de subgroep waarvan de gemiddelde rating overeenkomt met de rating van het nieuwe lid.

Lid 2. Leden, die een seizoen niet hebben meegespeeld, worden ingedeeld alsof zij nieuw zijn.

Lid 3. Nieuwe leden zonder bekende rating worden ingedeeld in de laagste subgroep.

Artikel 6. INDELING.

Lid 1. De wedstrijdleider maakt elke week aan de hand van de afmeldingen een voorlopige indeling.

Lid 2. Om een wedstrijd in te halen op een Rapid avond moet men zich aanmelden bij de wedstrijdleider. Alleen spelers die een achterstand wat betreft aantal gespeelde wedstrijden hebben opgelopen komen in aanmerking voor een inhaalwedstrijd. 

Artikel 7. AFMELDEN.

Lid 1. Afmelden moet gebeuren bij de wedstrijdleider of zijn vervanger. Ook spelers met een voorlopige bye dienen zich af te melden.  

Lid 2. Afmelden kan mondeling, telefonisch, via WhatsApp of per E-mail. Per E-mail of WhatsApp is de afmelding pas geregistreerd als de wedstrijdleider de afmelding bevestigd heeft.

Lid 3. Dinsdag kan alleen telefonisch of via WhatsApp worden afgemeld.

Lid 4. Bij niet afmelden kan de wedstrijdleider de speler die niet is gekomen een verliespartij geven. Zijn tegenstander krijgt een andere tegenstander of een bye.

Artikel 8. ONVOORZIENE OMSTANDIGHEDEN.

Lid 1. In de omstandigheden waarin dit reglement niet voorziet, beslist de Wedstrijdleider.

Lid 2.  Beroep tegen deze beslissing is mogelijk bij het Bestuur.

 

Article 1. GAME RULES.

Paragraph 1. The starting time of the game, as referred to in Article 6.5 of the FIDE Rules, is 20.00 hours.

Paragraph 2. The thinking time for the game is the same as specified in Article 23, paragraph 1 of the RSB Competition Rules.

Paragraph 3. The rules for noting the moves are the same as defined in Article 23 paragraph 2 of the RSB Competition Rules.

Article 2. THE COMPETITION.

Paragraph 1. Games are played in 1 (one) Group.

Paragraph 2. Players play a maximum of 2 (two) times against each other.

Paragraph 3. The white player informs the competition leader of the result and the black player tidies up the pieces.

Article 3. THE FINAL PLACE.

Paragraph 1. The final position is determined by the winning percentage.

Paragraph 2. To be included in the final ranking, a player must play a minimum of 26 (twenty-six) and a maximum of 31 (thirti-one) games. Games of RSB or KNSB matches played on one playing night count as one game played, on the understanding that the result is not included in the ranking. A bye ( uneven ) and bar service also count as a game played. A maximum of 6 (six) alternate attendance points may be earned in a season. Attendance at Rapid Evenings does not count as a game played. On a Rapid Evening, catch-up games can be played which do count.

Article 4. CHAMPIONSHIP, PROMOTION and DEGRADATION.      

Paragraph 1. The group is divided into 3 (three) subgroups. There is played for a General and a Winter Championship. In both competitions the following promotion and relegation rules apply.

Paragraph 2. The number 1 (one) of the Winter competition is Winter Champion. The number 1 over the whole season Champion of Shah Mata.

Paragraph 3. The number 1 (one) of subgroups 2 (two) and 3 (three) are Champions of the respective subgroup.

Paragraph 4. The numbers 1 and 2 of subgroups 2 and 3 promote to a higher subgroup.  

Paragraph 5. The two lowest ranked players of subgroups 1 and 2 relegate to a lower subgroup, regardless of the number of games they have played.      

Paragraph 6. In case of a draw, the final ranking is determined by the mutual result, the resistance points and the SB points, in sequence. If that is not decisive, the number of games played is decisive. The player with more played matches ends higher. If this number is also equal, a Barrage will be played, in consultation with the competition leader.    

Paragraph 7. After the last evening of play in January, an intermediate ranking will be made, of which the numbers 1 of the 3 subgroups are Winter Champions. Players must have participated in a minimum of 14 (fourteen) games and receive a maximum of 3 alternative attendance points. (See article 3, paragraph 2).

Article 5. Classification of new members.

Paragraph 1. New members are classified in the subgroup whose average rating corresponds to the rating of the new member.

Paragraph 2. Members, who have not played a season, will be classified as if they were new.

Paragraph 3. New members with no known rating will be classified in the lowest subgroup.

Article 6. Classification.

Paragraph 1. The tournament director will make a weekly preliminary classification based on the absences.

Paragraph 2. To overtake a game on a Rapid evening, one must register with the competition leader. Only players who are behind in the number of played matches are eligible for a catch-up match. 

Article 7. CANCELLATION.

Paragraph 1. Cancellation of a match must be done by the Competition Leader or his deputy. Players with a provisional bye must also cancel.  

Paragraph 2. Cancellations can be made verbally, by telephone, by WhatsApp or by E-mail. By E-mail or WhatsApp, the cancellation is only registered if the competition leader has confirmed the cancellation.

Paragraph 3. On Tuesdays, cancellations can only be made by phone or WhatsApp.

Paragraph 4. If a player does not cancel, the competition manager can assign a losing game to the player who did not show up. His opponent will get another opponent or a bye.

Article 8. INVOLVABLE CONDITIONS.

Paragraph 1. In circumstances not provided for in these rules, the competition Leader will decide.

Paragraph 2.  An appeal against this decision can be made to the Executive Board.
